RTPark’s charter and mandate can be found in Virgin Islands Code (VIC) Title 17, Chapter 34 (for the University of the Virgin Islands Research and Technology Park Corporation, our operating entity) and Chapter 43 (for the Research and Technology Park Protected Cell Corporation, our subsidiary entity through which we can extend territorial corporate tax benefits as a strategic partner, to qualifying tenants).
